D156

Notes
Many items from this collection were bought new during the 1960?s, after enquiring in toyshops for old, unsold shop stock.
This most eye-catching Rover Saloon has a lustrous, virtually flawless mid-blue and cream finish. Issued between 1956-59.
Note that this example has the large print and 156 on the baseplate.
As fine an example as you will find. Jus a little factory smudge on the passenger door. In all original condition. An outstanding display piece.
The pictorial box shows is a fitting partner with bright clean colours on crisp card. Correct two-colour spot at the end flaps.
A wonderful classic Dinky model; two-tone cars from this period in this condition are always highly sought.
