FD542
French Dinky 542 Opel "Rekord". Very near mint/boxed. Pale metallic gold issue. From the single owner from new collection in Buckinghamshire.
Notes
Many items from this collection were bought new during the 1960?s, after enquiring in toyshops for old, unsold shop stock.
This Opel model has a distinctive very pale metallic gold finish, opening doors, jewelled headlights, bright red detailed interior, ivory steering wheel. Shiny concave wheels and original black tyres with a fine tread.
Very close to mint condition with just a couple of small light scratches o the roof and a little casting mark on the passenger door.
The pictorial box is very fresh, clean and bright, complete with the little tear-off serrated strip still intact. Tiniest wear only.
