Many items from this collection were bought new during the 1960?s, after enquiring in toyshops for old, unsold shop stock.
A classic Dinky racing car in outstanding, all original condition made during Dinky’s heyday. Vibrant gleaming red and white finish, red diecast hubs. Looks shop-fresh with only a couple of negligible marks.
Bright baseplate.
Not even the usual scuff (or retouch!) to the driver’s head.
The lighter yellow box (usually containing the slightly later issue with spun, plastic wheels) has excellent strong colours on clean card if rather crumpled card. Couple of little end flap tears. Period pencilled price on the underside of the box.
