FD32C
French Dinky 32C Panhard 'ESSO' Tanker. Near mint/boxed. Version with LARGE WINGS around the ESSO Label. From The Netherlands Collection.
Notes
A very fine example indeed of this early French Dinky tanker issued between 1954-55 with large wing transfer detail around the ESSO logo. Very fresh and unused – complete detailed ‘ESSO’ labels on both sides and rear, bright silver ladder at the side.
Presents very well indeed.
It is only under the most careful scrutiny that a couple of extra dabs of white paint may be seen on the white stripe. Otherwise difficult to fault. Very bright bright baseplate and axles. Lovely unfaded vibrancy make this a super display piece!
The card box is very crisp and vividly-coloured, with just a small puncture which has pressed back into place. Little seam tear. You may like
