Notes
This is a lustrous , all original example of an early commercial Dinky made between 1953-54. Fresh first type dark green cab and chassis, bright mid green back, small tow hook, ridged hubs.
Bright baseplate too:
Chip at the side of the radiator and a very few negligible marks besides.
The striped card box is bright and complete with no splits. A little grubbiness and edge rubbing. The box base has some crumpling at one end.
Precisely dated from 1954 (Dinky stamp inside the box lid).
