FD25O
French Dinky 25O Ford Milk Truck. Very near mint/boxed. Rare. Superb box too!
Notes
Now here’s a Dinky model you don’t see too often!
Issued between 1954-55, this is a very scarce item and notable that it comes complete with all 10 little metal milk churns.
So prone to chipping at the raised edges of the sides of the truck, this example has a few chips only that have been expertly touched-in, so hard to notice. Fine lettering on both sides. Blue paint finish is in mint condition. Gives the impression of unsold shop stock. Such a wonderful sheen on this rare NestleTruck:
Bright shiny metal parts including the base and axle ends.
Note the chip caused during factory assembly around the rivet:
The distinctive deep red and yellow box is in exceptional condition. Scarcely any of the usual wear at edges etc. and the colours are fresh and vibrant. Space inside for storage of all the little milk churns. Note that this box comes complete with all inner packing, too.
A wonderful find – and a highly unusual and decorative French Dinky classic commercial truck to add to your collection.
