C282
Corgi 282 Mini-Cooper Rally. Very near mint/boxed. From the 1200 model Italian collection.
Notes
This sought-after little car was made by Corgi between 1971-74. It has a smart black and white finish with a luminous orange and black paper stripe label on the roof. Racing numbers ‘177’ on both opening doors. Bright red detailed interior, jewelled headlights, Whizzwheels with suspension. Opening bonnet and boot. Bright chrome (couple of barely visible rubs at the bumpers).
Intact paper labels throughout.
Upon close inspection, you wil find a small amount of rubing to the black paint finish on the boot.
It comes in a bright, crisp window box with intact original smooth cellophane. ‘Speckled’ print quality, quite often found on these later Corgi boxes. Day-one vivid colours to the crisp card. Small tear to the inner card plinth at one end.
