A rare and exciting find indeed – especially in this condition!
Issued between 1957-60, this exceptional Dinky commercial truck has a light blue 2nd type cab, chassis and hubs, fawn back. Rivetted. Displays beautifully with a gleaming paint finish. Bright baseplate too. Stunning all original example – looks as if it is has just left the Binns Road Dinky factory in Liverpool.

Upon close inspection, you will see a small area of rough casting toward the back of the bed and a few mere dots (probably as-made) besides.
The correct striped Supertoys box with this colour version pictured is a fitting partner with barely any age wear at all. Minor faint stain at one end. Box base has the red early export label for Hudson Dobson exporters to the U.S.
