D199
Dinky 199 Austin Seven Countryman. Very, very near mint/boxed. *Fluorescent orange*. Scarce! From the 1200 model Italian collection.
Notes
The most difficult version to find of this model – in unmistakeable fluorescent orange, deep red detailed interior, silver trim, spun wheels with suspension. An unused example, looking like old shop stock:
If you are looking to fault it, you can peer closely and see a little rub on the front indicator details and a small mark on the front bumper. The silver of one of the headlights has strayed into the orange (so not a chip!).
The correct card box with over-sticker stating that the ‘Colour of Model May Differ From Illustration’ is crisp, clean and bright. No graffiti. Little tear at the tuck-in part of one large end flap has a tape repair. Very minor wear besides.
A super little example of a difficult model to find.
