Notes
A must for all James Bond and Corgi collectors! Issued for one year only (1972) to coincide with the ‘Diamonds are Forever’ film release. This Mustang model is in superb close to shop-fresh condition with a striking deep vibrant red and black finish. High shine finish to the paint showing that this model has barely been handled.
If one is looking to find fault, under close scrutiny, one can see a few little marks to the red finish front and rear edges.
As with all the items from this collection, the box is crisp, clean and bright with original cellophane in place (tiniest of punctures). The all-important paper label at the front of the box nearly always has some wear, peeling etc. – this one is bright and undamaged, with only a faint crease. Resistant end flaps show that this example has been taken out of the box very occasionally and handled very carefully!
