Notes
Issued between 1956-59, this model has a very fresh and vibrant deep green and yellow finish with yellow wheels, detailed black interior, complete with taxi driver. Matt black base.
Just a couple of little rubs to the top edge of the ‘Taxi’ sign on the roof (no doubt through box contact) and the occasional little mark at wheel arches. Wonderful display piece with a fine lustre to the all original paint finish.
The card pictorial box looks very bright and clean with the correct two-colour spot at the end flaps. Minor edge rubbing and a shopkeeper’s price at an end flap. Small rubbed area to the picture of the taxi on one side. Plenty of spring in the end flaps.
