Notes
Second issue made between 1955-58, this commercial truck has a bright red and yellow finish. Complete “SHELL CHEMICALS” lettering on both sides and attractive ‘SHELL’ logo at the rear.
A few minor marks and a small dab of yellow at a chip on one side. Stray flick of yellow at the other (may be possible to remove).
Lovely lustre to the paint finish.
The striped Supertoys box is very fresh and bright with minimal wear. Vivid colours on clean virtually unrubbed card. No splits or graffiti.
Intact and bright Hudson Dobson U.S. export label on one side of the lid. Dinky stamp inside the lid dates this example from 1958.
