Notes
The first Corgi Toys model issued – this car was made between 1956-61, although the very first examples would have been sold in the all blue card boxes.
This particular version is finished in a distinctive oyster shade with a bright green lower half, flat spun wheels. All original. One chip on the roof and a few minor dots besides. None of the expected rubbing at side body lines or chipping at front and rear bumpers, so this Consul presents well.
The blue and yellow card picture box is complete and bright, if a little rubbed at edges with a few grubby marks now. A couple of creases too.
