A superb example of this popular Corgi model made between 1964-69. In close to perfect condition, this set contains an Austin Police Mini Van in deep blue finish with a red detailed interior, shining shaped spun wheels with suspension (one slightly ‘unfinished’), aerial, jewelled headlights and perfect ‘POLICE’ on both sides.

Just a couple of little marks at the rear doors.
Also included are the original figures of the police dog handler and tracker dog complete with his lead (often missing!). All safely slotted in to the crisp, clean and bright inner plinth with a colourful backdrop (minor wear at the slot for the figures and a little tear to one wheel slot).

On the reverse, there is background information on both the B.M.C. Mini Van and the training of the Alsation police dog, and the work they do.
The outer box is very nice indeed. Vivid colours on crisp, clean card. Minor age wear only and a shopkeeper’s lightly pencilled price at one end flap.

A nice all-original example which displays very nicely!
