Notes
With a red cab and chassis, light grey back with blue “DINKY SERVICE” lettering, window glazing, blue plastic hubs – this is a scarce version.
Complete, original and in working condition. Very slight sunfading to the red cab and a couple of little marks besides (i.e. on the grey top edge and a couple of dots to one front wheel arch). Bright baseplate, with the centre line a little rubbed now, probably as a result of enthusiastic polishing. As-new original black knobbly tyres. Slight rust to the winding handle but a bright cuff. Perfect ‘Dinky Service’ lettering on both sides.
The bright and clean correct later yellow box is very very nice indeed!
Bright staples, no graffiti and minimal handling wear, although there is a little paper tear at one edge of the lid.
