Notes
This superb Corgi car with suspension was made between 1961-62 only and is a difficult model to find It has a deep shining red paint finish (darker than the scarlet red version). Shaped spun wheels with suspension, detailed transfers on both sides, straight black aerial and metal “FIRE” sign on the roof with bell and siren each side. Fine original tyres.
Little chip on a roof side edge and minor dulling to the ‘FIRE’ labels on the roof sign.
For comparison only, please take a look at this particular Jaguar model in the foreground when set alongside the scarlet red version.
The picture box is bright and complete. Couple of small stains and a little wear.
A sought-after Corgi model.
