Such a rare Pre-War Meccano Set to find – and especially this French Version.
It appears to have remained untouched with all components still present and strung to the vivid yellow carded insert.
Light age wear to some of the pieces as you might expect (for instance the tyres).
Original tools are still strung in place too.
The colourfully illustrated lift-off lid card box has a complete, evocative picture label. Very little wear to the box, especially considering the age of this set. No repairs. A little of the expected edge and corner wear.
The Guarantee is still in place too!
