Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A group of Indian Nicky Dinky Bentley models as follows:
1) Emerald green, light pink-cream interior, one-piece wheels/tyres. Driver. Intact screen. Intact chrome bumpers (one flake of chrome to rear bumper). No steering wheel. Very near mint in decent picture box (couple of small tears & light wear).
2) Silver with light blue interior, one-piece wheels/tyres. Driver. Intact screen. No steering wheel. Intact chrome bumpers (rubs to rear bumper chrome). Very near mint in decent picture box. Light wear/edge rubs.
3) As above but deep maroon interior. With driver & steering wheel. Intact screen. Intact chrome bumpers. Very near mint/boxed. Light box wear.
4) Kingfisher blue with pink-cream interior. Driver. Intact screen. Very nearly intact chrome bumpers (very small chip to a rear over-rider). Couple of flakes of chrome. Excellent plus. Nice box has very light wear.
