Notes
3 fine examples of this early Dinky commercial tipping lorry. 3rd type issues:
1) A scarce find with an all original distinctive mid or elm green finish, black ridged wheels and 20 mph transfer in place at the rear. Tow hook. Virtually mint!
2) As above but deeper green. Very near mint original condition.
3)As above but grey issue. Very near mint ( couple of dot retouches).
Most unusual ‘Half height’ lidded box with correct shallower label. Most reminiscent of the earlier bright yellow Trade Box (Pre-war version). Presents well although note a small corner lid repair. Bright yellow product label is fine and unfaded. U.S. Export Label in red is in fine condition too. Lower half of the box shows barely any wear and comes complete with the original dividers.
