Notes
A desirable early issue 3-piece Gift Set made between 1964-68 comprising:
1) 418 Taxi in black with fluorescent orange original details, lemon interior and driver. Flat spun wheels. Near mint plus with a few tiny marks.
2) 468 London Routemaster Bus ‘Naturally Corgi Toys’*. Jewelled headlights. Shaped spun wheels. All original vivid red finish with complete transfers on both sides and head-on. Couple of little nicks to the rear paper label.
Policeman figure (directing the traffic) on a white circular plinth.
Delightful card plinth on which all items sit with an unmistakable London scene depicted. Very minor wear only.
Outer card box has another colourfully illustrated London scene in which both models and policeman are depicted. Vibrant colours on crisp, complete card. Light wear and a couple of small end flap tear repairs. Nice to see the packing piece is still present.
