Post-war Vauxhall Tourer Learner’s Car has a glossy red and black finish with wooden seating and tinplate dashboard & steering wheels. Shiny metal parts. Post-war, so L plates are transfers now (very nearly complete-complete). With complete rear number-plate transfer. Shiny metal wheels at the rear, with smooth tyres, note the front section has one-piece metal wheels & tyres.
Working clockwork motor.
Minor marking to paint finish.
