High quality item from the respected Britains manufacturer, this early army ambulance measures 15.5 cm and is complete and intact throughout with an original khaki finish throughout. With complete Red Cross transfers. Silver trim. Green wheels and silver trim. Opening doors. Driver. White treaded tyres are well-shaped.
With wounded soldier on stretcher.
1937 version:
Occasional minor mark to the paint finish.
The deep red lift-off lidded card box presents well with strong colours on intact card. Very light wear. Inside, we found the old newspaper wrapping dated September 1940:
