This handsome first type Foden has a violet blue cab and chassis, deep orange back and flash, paler blue ridged wheels. Such a fresh, shining paint finish on this early truck issued between 1948-52 only. Original shining silver detailing at the 1st type cab. Bright baseplate, axles and spare wheel fixing.
A few touch-ins may be seen upon close inspection.
The early blue, paper label box presents well with only the most minor wear. Deep vivid colours and a complete and bright paper label. Factory stamp ‘B’ at an short lid end.
