A wonderfully evocative period display piece and perfect for a Minic display from this period!
From the mid -late 1950’s comes this Tri-ang Minic "A " Garage which comprises a two storey building composed of hardboard, wood and plastic, with curved clear plastic sections (windows) and attractively detailed cream ‘brick’ paper covering to the middle section with a complete ‘advertisement’ for Minic cars & lorries. Complete with decorative detachable sign.
There are windows on one side and these are curved. Intact and complete. Roof parking. Intact chrome details. Inside there are 2 ramps.
Complete with the often missing detachable front section (forecourt), too.
With plastic Shell & BP petrol pumps in red and white complete with hoses and wooden stand. Near complete – complete delicate transfers.
Light age/storage wear.
The original box is still present too with only a little of the expected age and handling wear.
A perfect period backdrop for a display of Minic model cars and lorries from this period.
