Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A very close to mint example finished in a sleek silver shade including the interior, black tonneau, shiny chrome details, black steering wheel, and complete screen (tiny marking). Shiny spun wheels & separate tyres.
Just a couple of negligible marks that you have to hunt for (with a magnifying glass).
No mention of DINKY on the base but product number and name embossed.
The colourful correct box (ATAMCO P LTD. Calcutta) is bright, complete and clean. Light wear – but better than many Nicky toys boxes.
