Such a scarce 1st type issue (1947-48) in this colour, with its axles located in tin clips, and no triangular lugs at side of the number plate. 1st type. Bolt fixing. Spare wheel on base. DINKY SUPERTOYS on base. This Guy Flat Truck has a vibrant yellow and black finish, red wheels. Small tow hook.
Bolt fixing and baseplate are shiny and rust-free. Bright silver radiator and lights.
Occasional tiny mark to the paint finish. Couple of small, very subtle touch-ins visible after much scrutiny.
The correct early buff box has a complete paper label (a little wear). No splits. Factory colour paint ‘Y’ at the near complete paper label at a lid end
