Notes
Scarce early version made between 1949-54 with no triangular lugs next to the number plate. THis model has ridged Supertoy wheels (earliest version has grooved wheels), cast mount for rear axle (earlier version is fixed by tin clips). Large unpainted hook.
Burnt orange and mid-green finish, with mid-green grooved Supertoy wheels.
Bolt fixing and DINKY SUPERTOYS on the base. Spare wheel.
Presents well in all original condition. Few tiny marks at a wheel arch rim. Stray dot of factory green paint on the cab roof.
The blue box with picture label presents well. Complete, bright and sound. Only the most minor wear.
A very fine example, both model and box.
