One of the most prestigious Dinky models you can own; this is the sought-after ‘Lyons Swiss Rolls’ Dinky Guy Van model issued during 1952 only. Notoriously difficult to find in mint or even close to mint condition, this example has a very close to mint, fine lustrous paint finish. Distinctive transfers are perfect on both sides.
Shiny base and well-shaped original smooth tyres throughout.
Barely a mark to the paint finish. Occasional very small touch-in visible only to the keenest eye.
The model has a pleasing lustrous paint finish. Underneath, looks very bright and shiny too. Axles, including the ends, are rust-free.
The box continues the very close to mint theme. Shopkeeper’s original price of 5/11 is lightly penned. Very light age wear.
