Corgi Gift Set 3 Batmobile & Batboat

A most desirable Corgi set – and so difficult to find in this condition! Carefully handled and stored and looking as if the contents have rarely been taken out of the crisp, fresh-looking bright box!

The set comprises:

1) Batmobile in gleaming gloss black finish with both original figures of Batman and Robin. Tow hook version. A particularly difficult find with authentic bright red tyres, silver wheel detail. Gleaming chrome, bright gold parts. Correct that this version has less pointed rear fins and very bright gold parts. Suspension is fine on all four well-shaped original red tyres.
Very near mint. Little bend to the complete aerial.

2) Batboat sits atop the gold trailer with cast wheels. Complete with both seated figures of Batman and Robin. More desirable ‘tin fin’ version (later issues were plastic). Bright and clean, complete paper labels on both sides. Virtually mint.

Complete with a bright, clean and fresh never opened Secret Instruction Packet which will contain missiles, badge and Instructions.

Both items sit in a very clean and fresh polystyrene inner. Very nice!

The colourful outer box is in fresh and bright condition with smooth, original unpunctured cellophane. Notably tear-free card too.

Day-one vivid colours (particularly attractive graphics on box reverse when the colours are this vibrant).
Very minor age grubbiness and a minor crease.
Note this is the correct box for this version with spare tyres mentioned for the trailer but not the Batmobile since they are not replaceable. A small point perhaps – but important!
