This scarce early version has a dark grey cab, mid or French Blue back, red ridged wheels, complete white lettering, smooth black tyres.
An all original example that has a faint roof scratch and the occasional negligible mark. Shiny winding handle and that includes the cuff.
The sturdy deep orange lift-off lid box has printed details at short lid ends ( version that would not have a paper label). Vivid colours with no splits or repairs. Staining at staples and a faint stain besides. Pencilled period shopkeeper’s price on the lid.
