Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
The Rolls Royce is an especially difficult Nicky Dinky toy to find.
The model has a pleasing rich Ruby Red finish which includes the interior, a black ‘tonneau’, and comes complete with original driver and intact screen. Intact bumpers are shiny . Note the bonnet emblem is complete!
One piece wheels/tyres with spoke detail.
In unused very close to mint condition.
One-piece plastic wheel and tyre construction. Often found in poor state, these are well-shaped and run easily.
Occasional minor rough casting mark.
The box is complete and bright. A little of the usual age/handling wear. With original card packing ring.
This ‘honorary’ Dinky is scarce and charming in equal measure.
