Notes
A remarkable find. This first issue Cadillac Ambulance has a shining, original vivid red lower with a salmon pink upper. Produced between 1962-65, this is the first example with this finish that we have encountered. Suspension on shaped spun wheels. Fine tread original tyres run well.
Delicate window transfers are complete on one side, nearly so on the other.
Version with faint red roof light & clear indicators.
Couple of factory dabs of cream paint to the roof finish. A few deeper speckled dots on the roof. Couple of marks head-on.
For comparison only, please take a look at this example in the foreground when set alongside the example with a cream roof.
The card box is bright, clean and complete with a crisp feel. Light wear.
Instruction Leaflet included as well as the packing piece.
