Notes
An impressive Dinky commercial truck in outstanding condition – looks practically shop-fresh with a fine original lustre to the vibrant red and pale grey paint finish. Plastic bronze propellor with brown pallet has a complete ‘Scimitar’ label and is strung to the grey trailer.
Only a couple of incidental chips where metal meets metal at the rear of the tractor unit and a couple of tiny marks besides. This example positively glows!
The box is a fitting partner; barely handled and very close to shop-fresh. Both upper and lower packing pieces as well as the packing ring are inside too.
Price label at one end. A little period writing inside the box lid (easily overlooked).
A well-stored and cherished Dinky model. Not an easy find in this condition.
