Notes
A classic Supertoy from the heyday of Dinky and part of the desirable range of advertising vans made during the period 1950-61.
This ‘Ever Ready’ Guy Van is in all original condition with a lustrous mid-blue finish and eye-catching transfers on both sides and above the cab. Few tiny transfer nicks and a thin part-thickness scratch on one side.
Shiny base. Few small marks to original paint finish. Small flick of black paint (or similar) on the box van roof. Tyres are well-shaped.
The strongly-coloured striped Dinky Supertoys picture box is complete, clean and bright, with glowing colours and no repairs. Very fresh indeed. Dinky stamp inside the lid dates this model from April 1956.
