Notes
This 1980’s shop display sign illuminates well (with updated electric fitting) and is a most-eye-catching focal point for a Corgi collection. Formed of stiff plastic coloured black with bold yellow uppercase lettering and late style Corgi Dog logo. Measures approx 64cms long, 12cms high and 8.5 cms deep.
The sign has a frame of opaque sturdy plastic mounted on a a metal base. The reverse reveals that this sign would originally have been screw-mounted to a wall no doubt highlighting the Corgi cabinet display below.
Rewired so that the sign can be illuminated once more!
Some pitting to the black metal base and note the period label dated 26th March (MAART- Dutch), 1980:
