This is a popular Dinky model – one of three models in the B.B.C. T.V. range by Dinky. Made between 1959-64. Rich shining deep green paint finish throughout with a a grey waistline and matching metal hubs. Original condition throughout.
In close to mint condition; small surface scuff on the roof and a tiny mark or two besides. BBC Television lettering on both sides is virtually complete – complete. The detailed crest transfers are complete.
The bright striped Supertoys box is clean and intact with no splits or repairs. Minor wear only. Dinky stamp inside the lid dates this particular example from August 1959.
