A superb example of this sought-after Corgi rally model. Few have survived in this close to perfect condition – a must for the serious Corgi collector.

This car has a gleaming red and white finish and perfect – very near perfect detailed transfers throughout. One dot on the bonnet transfer and another on the passenger door transfer.

Note the little factory flick of orange when the rear lights were hand painted.
Suspension is fine on shaped spun wheels. Jewelled head and spot lights.
You have to scrutinise carefully to find any marks to the paint finish! None of the expected chipping/nibbling at white roof edges which can spoil the appearance of this car.

There are a couple of tiny dots of (factory) silver on the roof – barely visible! Also, there are a couple of tiny rubs at the raised bodyline passenger-side. We are being extra-critical here!
On the underside of the car, one can see that the sump guard is a little tarnished with age:

It comes in the correct over-flashed box which fortunately has been opened one end only. The over-sticker is very bright and fresh – quite often they tend to become transparent and grubby. Remarkably fine condition!

The box is indeed bright, very clean and crisp. Faintly pencilled shopkeeper’s price at one end. Complete with the Information Leaflet/Corgi Club Membership Form:
