Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
This particular example is finished in a deep sky blue shade, avocado interior, black hood and both seated figures. One-piece plastic wheel and tyre construction. Tinplate base. Opening bonnet with engine detail. Silver trim.
A few little marks to the paint finish.
Colourful card box is colourful with a crisp feel. Few flecks of surface loss and handling wear at an end flap. Minor wear besides.
