A premium Dinky commercial model to add to your collection – and a rare find. This Bedford Articulated Dinky Supertoy has a lustrous rich yellow finish, black wings, and black ridged wheels.
A very attractive example of a rare model:
At first glance, this model looks mint, it is only upon closer scrutiny that a few additional strokes of paint/touch-ins may be found. Note that this scarce issue with black wheels has the early clip fit trailer coupling as well as the coupling area in yellow (later black).20 mph transfer is still in place at the rear.
The buff box with a picture label has strong, fresh colours on sturdy undamaged card.
Period pencilled price at a lid end. Some rust staining at the staples.
A scarce variation – few Dinky commercial collections can boast one of these!
