He has been collecting as long as he can remember and whenever he feels like thinning out his collection, we are treated to some wonderful items for the website!
A rare pre-war version finished in fire engine red (what else!), and black, with tinplate wheels, working motor, 2 red plastic ladders and a delightful little brass bell. Brown plastic storage unit at the rear. Virtually complete – complete transfers on both sides. Gleaming radiator and headlight assembly.
This early Fire Engine impresses on display.
The battery-operation for the headlights works although during testing we could only get one to light up. At the rear, one hose attachment is present, the other is missing now.
Barley a mark to the finish.
