Notes
Another super-rare find from this collector!
This is an eye-catching presentation piece featuring the rare version of this Corgi classic model from the original Corgi Classic range made between 1964-69. (The Corgi fire actually brought the production of this range to a close in 1969).
Mounted on a shiny black plinth alongside an Estyma clock (working) with alarm function.
The Daimler is finished in chrome with black seating and red spoked metal wheels.Four seated figures. All delicate parts intact. Virtually mint condition.
We suspect this was a retirement gift and we cannot recall ever seeing another.
Original sturdy buff card box is still present with period stamped detail at one lid end. Light wear includes some light water stain in one small area and a couple of pen marks on the top surface.
