Corgi Toys Gift Set 9 Corporal Guided Missile Set

Rare to come to the market place, this set comprises:

1) Corgi 1124 Corporal Missile Launching Platform in matt military green. Expected wear to paint where the missile would attach, otherwise very near mint.

2) Corgi 1113 Corporal Guided Missile Erector Vehicle, in matt military green with a movable boom which can elevate (metal cogs) so that the missile can be lowered onto the launching pad. Spare wheel in place (often missing). Near mint – very near mint. The missile nose cone which inevitably perishes over time. Corgi issued a replacement percussion head at the time which has been fitted. Some inevitable marking to the missile has been largely covered with a creamy-white paint.

3) Corgi 1118 International Tow Truck. British marking version. British military green finish, with a well-shaped removable tin canopy. Original radial tyres are well-shaped. A little light mottling visible on the tinplate canopy caused by prolonged contact with the card inner.

Corgi 1480 Percussion Head fitted to the missile, with box.

Notably complete with the delicate lower card packing piece. Minor tear and a little ruffling in places. Upper card packing piece.

Delightful promotional Leaflets included too.

Large and colourful pictorial, lift-off lid box is strongly-coloured and complete.

Minor wear. No tears or punctures. No graffiti. A little shelf wear to the underside of the box base.
