In 1959, the taxi was re-numbered from 24ZT to 542.
The taxi has a gleaming black original paint finish, red roof. Roof and bonnet sign with clear ‘TAXI’ lettering.
Clean and bright tyres are smooth and well-shaped.
A more difficult find with concave wheels.
You may find two or three tiny marks to the paint finish under magnification, but this model presents extremely well.
The dual-numbered box is virtually old shop stock too! Note the period printed label on one side with product number, product detail and period dollar price.
