Notes
First issue in green and yellow finish, red diecast hubs, green band above the radiator.
Vibrant, day-one bright colours – and most notably, this model has no retouches (it is a sad fact that so many Dinky commercials from this period have been subjected to later retouching, some subtle and some not so subtle).
A refreshing change to see a Dinky Leyland Octopus Wagon in all original, and so close to pristine condition.
Barely a mark to be seen. Rarely handled, even the tow hook has largely retained its original paint!
The striped Supertoys box is bright, clean and complete, looking fresh. Very minor tarnishing to one of the staples. Very light wear.
