Corgi Toys 240 Fiat Jolly
Ghia-Fiat Jolly by Corgi Toys, No.240. Near mint plus/boxed, with card packing ring. Rarest version in METALLIC MID-BLUE. From a dedicated Corgi Collector in The Home Counties. Starting bid £350. Please note that QDT apply 12.5% buyer's commission.
Notes
Rare to come to the market place. Usual version of the Fiat Jolly has a non-metallic blue finish.
This example is finished in a metallic mid-blue with both seated figures inside. A delightful Corgi model made between 1963-64.
Well-shaped tyres and shiny spun wheels with suspension.
A few little chrome rubs and marking to the paint finish in places but all parts intact and the silver roof is thankfully unrubbed.
The card picture box is very bright and complete, with a crisp, barely-handled feel. Light storage crumple. Nice to see the original card packing ring is present.
