Notes
Sought-after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
This ‘E’ Type Jaguar model is finished in a distinctive light Apple Green colour shade with an intact detachable black hood, and detachable cream folded hood. Original windscreen is complete too.
Version with one-piece wheels and tyres.
Shiny base with no reference to the Indian manufacturer. ‘DINKY ToYS’ and product detail.
Coupe of little chips on a rear wing and anothe ron a headlight.
The box (to Nicky toys standard) is decent – complete, clean and with a crisp feel to the card. Light wear. Tiniest tear.
