Notes
A desirable two-piece farming Gift Set from Corgi, made in 1961. Models are in all original condition. This set comprises:
1) Corgi 55 Fordson Power Major Tractor in mid-blue with complete transfer on both sides. Chimney is intact. Orange plastic wheels. All the original rubber tyres are supple and well-shaped.
Mark to the paint finish on the steering wheel and seat top edge. Steering coupling is rusty now.
2) Corgi 56 Four Furrow Plough in red with yellow plastic blades. Very near mint.
The card plinth is bright and complete, although note the wheel slot wear.
Nice to see that this example includes the Instruction Leaflet.
Pictorial outer box is vividly-coloured and complete. Crisp. Light wear and a little part-puncture.
