Corgi 206
Corgi 206 Hillman Husky. Very, very near mint/boxed. DEEPER fawn issue in a fresh box! From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
With a pleasing lustre to the paint finish, this is an outstanding early Corgi car made between 1956-59. Finished in deep fawn, shining, with an all original, paint finish, bright flat spun hubs and fine original tyres. It is obvious that this model has barely been out of its box.
Shiny base and as-new original tyres. Note the area of rough casting on the underside of the rear bumper section. A couple of tiny stray dots of factory silver paint may be seen on the deep fawn finish besides.
The early blue picture box is a fitting partner: complete, really crisp and vividly-coloured. Minimal wear.
Hard to find these early boxes so fresh.
