Notes
A fresh and shining example of this popular Corgi model made between 1966-69. So difficult to find absoloutely pristine – surely this is as close as one can reasonably expect to get:
Complete with both wing mirrors, ladders at the side of the cab and roof horns (nice and straight). Bare metal parts are rather tarnished now.
Bright silver side panels with Corgi dog logo on both sides (couple of small marks to one). Yellow and black labels at rear are fresh and bright.
The card stand on which the transporter sits, is complete and very bright with a couple of minor tears at two wheel slots and a couple of small indentations besides, caused by the weight of the model.
Plenty of information on the box reverse:
Notably, this item comes complete with the card inner packing piece:
The pictorial end flap box is complete and has vivid colours. Minor age grubbiness only.
What a display item this would make – especially alongside a delivery of Corgi cars!
