In complete and original condition, this Dinky Foden comes in a shining green finish with all chain posts intact and unbroken, original chain.
The eagle-eyed may spot a dot or two at a wheel arch, but it is obvious that this truck has spent most of its time in the box. There is a little rustiness at the screw fixing which may be possible to remove carefully. None of the usual rubbing at chain post tops or cab roof chipping. A few small areas on underside of flatbed have been affected by damp storage conditions – not easy to see and barely detract.
The more unusual dual-numbered box is complete, generally clean, bright and intact with no splits to upper or lower parts.
Usual wear at corners etc. and there is some rustiness at the staples.
A sought-after Dinky classic in all original condition.
